SHIPPING POLICY & PROCEDURES

Our goal is to get your products to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is subject to your order. Most orders are shipped from our office within 3-5 business days of payment processing.

Malaysia

For West and East Malaysia, orders are shipped via Pos Laju or City Link Express. It may take up to 7 days to delivery.

International

Orders are shipped via DHL Express to international destinations that are listed during checkout. There are some destinations we do not ship to. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks depending on destinations. Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Shipping confirmation emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.

Delivery

  • We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday.
  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
  • Most items are available to ship in 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Customs and Duties

General

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. We cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
