This video shows a reading starting at 7.8 millivolts per meter (which is low) and then going higher out of the millivolt range into the volt range to around 1.5 volts per meter (which is 1,500 millivolts) while getting closer to a cell location. There are hundreds of these throughout Long Beach. Are cell phone towers safe? The debate continues. In the meantime, wireless companies want to add many more cell sites in the future without cities regulating their placements through California bill SB 649.
