One thing I believe is under-reported and under-rated is electromagnetic radiation (EMR) or electromagnetic fields (EMFs). I often wonder how many of my patients may be struggling with symptoms that are related to EMFs but don't realize it. While you may not be outwardly showing symptoms, EMFs can still have an effect on a cellular level and can interfere with the body's ability to communicate with itself.
Some people may be more sensitive than others, but regardless, we are all at risk. It's another exposure that we absolutely must be aware of and protect ourselves from. Some common symptoms are insomnia or other sleep disorders, skin rashes, memory loss, cognitive problems (brain fog or feeling spacey), neurological tingling, and hormone imbalances.
